Shipping policy

All items ordered from Diamond Touch Toronto will be shipped via FedEx/UPS/Parcel Pro to nearest courier hub to the shipping address given at the time of order. All clients must directly sign for his or her package and present a form of identification, (Passport or ID card). Any customer that fails to sign for and receive his or her package will be responsible for all shipping fees from that point forward.
