Refund policy

Each jewelry item we offer is handmade, custom-made and custom-fitted for each individual customer. Because of this, all items and orders, including custom and engravable pieces are considered final sale and may not be returned, cancelled or exchanged at any time, unless in written consent from Diamond Touch Toronto. It is the customer's responsibility to measure their size prior to purchasing. Custom pendant deposits are refundable if the CAD has not been completed. If the cad is made for your custom piece, no refund will be issued. In stock jewelry or custom jewelry are nonrefundable once purchased. All sales final.
